Is the Drinking Water Safe.

We offer filtered drinking water through our refrigerator and a small drinking faucet in the kitchen sink. You should also consider buying bottled water for your stay.

While out and about in Cabo we encourage guests to stick to bottled water.

Pets and Smoking are unfortunately not allowed

Are there any cleaning fees? 
There is a weekly cleaning fee of $ 100.

Is the Area and the Community Safe.
Yes, Villas Montana is in a gated and guarded private community within the Palmilla area. 

Do I need a Car ?
It Depends. You can walk or take the golf cart to the beach or shops. If you are more adventurous and enjoy sampling restaurants and activities throughout Cabo then you will want a car. Uber is available but you'll have to meet them down the street.
